Puglia is the leading producer of organic table grapes, but the region doesn’t know how to export it. Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Valenzano held a scientific conference to offer some solutions: improving irrigation and methods of conservation of biological table grapes after harvest. These are the remedies suggested by SAL.U.TA, a research project funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, which has involved experts from the Institute.
