A US delegation of qualified restaurateurs, buyers and gourmet experts – connected to the GRI, a network of the industry, operating throughout the United States – is visiting Puglia until April 6. They will visit companies and agricultural producers in Copertino, Lecce. Each year the GRI organizes an operational mission in an Italian region (the past few years it also visited Molise and Sardinia).
The mayor Giuseppe Rosafio welcomed the delegation that will also visit the beautiful castle of Copertino.
