Organoleptic properties
Rosso Cerignola DOC is deep ruby red in colour verging on red-brick when aged. Intense bouquet, almost lingering, vinous and fruity. To the palate it is dry, warm, quite chamois-soft, suitably tannic, quite savoury and full-bodied.
