Organoleptic properties
Alezio Red is ruby red in colour with orange hints when aged.
To the nose it is vinous when young, with a lingering aroma; when aged it is fruity with a rich bouquet and a perception of marasque and tobacco.
To the palate it is dry, decidedly warm, with an agreeable acidic aftertaste.
Alezio Rosè is deep coral pink in colour.
To the nose it is vinous with a strong bouquet.
To the palate it is dry and velvety with a slightly acidic aftertaste.
