1 burrata
10 cherry tomatoes
icing sugar
basil leaves
1 garlic clove
tomato sauce
Sardinian carasau bread

Arrange the tomatoes on a baking tray with basil, garlic and sprinkle with icing sugar to remove the acidity. Bake for 10 minutes at 180C. In the meantime, put the burrata in the mixer. If necessary add in the mixer a bit of its water to make it more creamy. Pour it in a dish, add the tomatoes, a tablespoon of tomato sauce and two slices of carasau bread. Sprinkle with some evo oil. Fresh, simple and yummy!
