7/8 spunzali (vegetables)
oil
salt
parsley
water
spicy parmesan (rodez)

Clean and wash spunzali.
Place them on a baking tray with olive oil, salt, parsley and water, bake for 25/30 min. and at the end of cooking sprinkle with parmesan spicy type rodez.
To have a recipe vegan or vegetarian delete parmesan and / or change it with vegan Parmesan, bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese for vegetarians.
