Puglia Wine&Land hosts international buyers in the heart of the region, giving them the chance to discover the quality of our wine industry and to explore Puglia’s wine-growing areas. The aim is to encourage new business contacts by promoting the Region’s wine and food heritage and tourism in rural areas. Puglia’s wines are just as varied and full of character as ever, and ready again to take on the challenge of the international markets.
The event will take place in the heart of Apulia region March 16-20, 2014 and it it promoted by Movimento del Turismo del Vino Puglia.
During the event buyers and journalists from all over the world will have the opportunity to visit the most interesting wineries of Puglia, meet the producers and taste a wide selection of their wines.
They will discover the quality of Puglia’s wine industry and its wine-growing areas. This helps to create new business relations, promoting the wine and food culture and tourism image of rural areas. Besides exploring the region’s wines, the buyers will also be able to visit the vineyards and wineries on the educational tour before the workshop, which highlights the strengths of the territory and its wines.
