More than 300 oils, industry experts, and forums on the main issues related to the olive-oil production chain. The excellence of the world gold green will meet at the event sponsored by Coldiretti Lecce, Cea Posidonia and Olea – Organizzazione Laboratorio Esperti e Assaggiatori. The important event will take place in Lecce March 7 to 9 at the Officine Cantelmo.
Three days completely dedicated to the sector of Italian olive, created with the mission to spread and discuss dynamics and trends in the industry and provide practical tools useful for the development and promotion of the sector.
The event will be attended by great guests, technical experts, researchers and stakeholders. Cultural events and educational tastings will end up with the Gran Gala Award of ‘L’Oro d’Italia 2014’ (The Gold of Italy’). Award which aims to promote the culture and the quality of extra virgin olive oil, highlighting the best Italian olive oils in the wide range of variability that represents the strength of the production of Italian companies.
