Are you ready for “Weekend del Gusto” (Weekend of Taste)? It will take place in Ceglie Messapica from Friday, February 28 to Sunday March 2.
Here are the names of the chefs that will give free cooking lessons.
The event will begin on Friday afternoon (first lesson at 4.30 p.m., the second one at 6 p.m.) with a show cooking by the chef Ottavio Surico from Osteria del Borgo Antico of Gioia del Colle. Azienda Candido di San Donaci will offer the wine pairing.
Saturday the chef Antonio De Rosa will show how to cook traditional Apulian recipes. Azienda Agraria Duca Carlo Guarini of Scorrano will provide the wine.
On Sunday the appointment is double. In the morning, at 10.30 a.m., the guest will be Sebastiano Lombardi starred chef of ‘Il Cielo’ restaurant of Ostuni. In the afternoon (5 p.m.- 6.30 p.m.) will be the turn of Tiziano Mita, pastry creative chef of Eataly Bari.
