Organoleptic properties
Orta Nova Red is red verging on garnet red in colour with orange tinges upon ageing. To the nose it is vinous and pleasant. To the palate it is dry, well-orchestrated and suitably tannic.
Orta Nova Rosé is pink in colour with varying intensity. To the the nose it is less vinous than the the red type. To the palate it is dry, well-orchestrated and zesty when young.
