Organoleptic properties
A light raisining process is allowed using drying racks.
Moscato di Trani Dolce is golden yellow in colour. To the nose it is intense with a typical aroma. To the palate it is sweet and velvety.
Moscato di Trani Liquoroso is golden yellow in colour. To the nose it is intensely aromatic and typical. To the palate it is alcoholic, sweet and velvety.
